• Offline Caching Data: Locally cached transactional actions stored via IndexedDB prior to synchronization with our secure cloud servers.
• Payment & Reconciliation Logs: M-Pesa transaction identifiers, receipts, and payment references used for automated reconciliation.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information exclusively to operate, maintain, and enhance Mauzify Services, including:

• Processing sales, credit ledgers, and inventory adjustments.
• Executing automated WhatsApp and SMS debt recovery reminders on your behalf.
• Generating KRA eTIMS tax compliance receipts and transmitting them securely to tax authority endpoints.
• Providing customer support and offline synchronization diagnostics.

All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols. For offline functionality, data is securely stored in your browser's local IndexedDB sandbox.
